Von Biasca Richtung Süden/Bellinzona auf der B2 bis Claro. In Claro am Kreisverkehr die dritte Ausfahrt nehmen Richtung Gnosca. Nachdem man den Ticino und die Autobahn überquert hat rechts abbiegen Richtung Gnosca. Am Ortseingang von Gnosca halb links abbiegen in die Via Valerenche. Der Straße noch ca. 200 m Folgen bis zu einer Brücke. Hier das untere Auto parkieren und den Wasserstand checken. Bitte nicht im Ort umziehen!

From Biasca head south/Bellinzona on the B2 to Claro. In Claro, take the third exit at the traffic circle in the direction of Gnosca. After crossing the Ticino and the highway, turn right towards Gnosca. At the entrance to Gnosca, turn half left into Via Valerenche. Follow the road for about 200 meters until you reach a bridge. Park the lower car here and check the water level. Please do not change in the village!

Mit dem Auto: Maut bezahlen im Rathaus, oder im Restaurant Orello oder Lessy. 10 CHF. Der Mautstraße Richtung Mondella folgen bis zur Serpentine vor dem Punkt 774 auf ca. 760 HM. Hier das Auto parkieren und von dort dem kaum sichtbaren Pfad folgend ins Tal einqueren. Zu Fuß: Von der Brücke aus zurück, links halten Straße Spontoi folgen danach links, dem Wanderweg folgen. An der Abzweigung links halten kurz queren, dann immer bergan. Einmal über die Mautstraße, ein zweites Mal über die Maustraße. Wenn man das dritte mal auf die Straße trifft der Straße folgen bis zur nächsten Kurve auf ca. 760 hm von dort dem kaum sichtbaren Pfad folgend ins Tal einqueren.

By car: Pay the toll at the town hall, or at the Orello or Lessy restaurant. 10 CHF. Follow the toll road towards Mondella as far as the hairpin bend before point 774 at approx. 760 m above sea level. Park your car here and follow the barely visible path into the valley. On foot: Back from the bridge, keep left and follow the Spontoi road, then turn left and follow the hiking trail. Keep left at the junction, cross briefly, then continue uphill. Once over the toll road, a second time over the toll road. When you reach the road for the third time, follow the road to the next bend at an altitude of approx. 760 m. From there, follow the barely visible path into the valley.

Abseiler Rutschen und Sprünge wechseln sich ab von einigen Laufstrecken unterbrochen. Nach der letzten großen Doppelstufe die mit einem Zwischenstand in 2x 25 m unterteilt wird, kommt eine 500 m Laufstrecke, die rechtsseitig auf einem Pfad umgangen werden kann. Danach folgen noch drei Absteilstellen // Sprünge.
