Auf der B25 ins Ybbstal, in Göstling an der Ybbs in Richtung Lunz am See fahren. Bei KM 51.5 führt eine Fortstraße nach links. Hier am Waldrand parken.

Take the B25 into the Ybbstal, in Göstling an der Ybbs head towards Lunz am See. At KM 51.5 a fort road leads to the left. Park here at the edge of the forest.

Der Forststraße nach oben folgen. Die erste Kehre ausgehen und bei der nächsten Kehre auf der unteren Straße bleiben. Weiter bis zu einer Lichtung mit Jagdhütte und Privatgrund-Schild gehen. Hier am Besten noch ein Stück auf der oberen Forststraße bleiben um dann weglos und mit Respektabstand zur Jagdhütte zum unterhalb verlaufenden Forstweg absteigen. Diesen Forstweg bis zum Koglbach folgen (zuletzt Steig). Alternativ kann man auch auf der oberen Forststraße bleiben und auf dieser bis zum Koglbach weitergehen. Dann 10min Abklettern im Bachbett.

Follow the forest road upwards. Exit the first hairpin bend and stay on the lower road at the next bend. Continue to a clearing with a hunting lodge and private signs. Here it is best to stay on the upper forest road for a while and then descend to the forest path below without a path and at a respectful distance from the hunting lodge. Follow this forest path to Koglbach (last path). Alternatively, you can stay on the upper forest road and continue along it to the Koglbach stream. Then 10min downclimb in the streambed.

Im Bachbett kurz Absteigen bis sich eine niedrige Waldklamm ausbildet, hier 3m abklettern (umgestürzte Bäume) und in der Klamm bis zur Abbruchkante. Entweder 33m von Kette rechts abseilen oder 8m bis zu einen kleinen Becken und weitere 25m von Klebehaken rechts abseilen. In einen zerfressenen Felskessel abklettern und mit zwei weiteren Kettenständen 25m und 14m abseilen. Beim ersten Kettenstand ist eine Verankerung gebrochen.

Descend briefly in the streambed until a low forest gorge forms, downclimb 3m here (fallen trees) and in the gorge to the edge. Either rappel 33m from the chain on the right or 8m to a small pool and rappel another 25m from glued anchors on the right. Downclimb into an eroded rock basin and rappel 25m and 14m with two more chain anchors. An anchor is broken at the first chain anchor.
