Summary:
rappel and hiking canyon. The different designations make the glaring weakness of the san (also topographic view) maps clear. About which descent it is about, is clear from the photo with the overview fawn. In my opinion, it is the Barranco de San Victorián, which runs west of the ridge on which the hermitage of the same name is located, in a south-north direction and then flows into the transverse Moliniecho/Bco. del Rio/Rio Abizanda (superiore). The entry is through a left side canyon. Whether its name is Balata I dare to doubt, but in any case it comes from the direction of the hamlet of the same name. Also the beginning and exit of the "Bco. Balata" and "Barranco del Rio superiore" are indicated differently, see the listed books and the general map of the canyons of the Sierra de Guara.
