Nach der Umfahrung von Genf auf der Schweizer N 1 nach der Landesgrenze etwa 2,5 km auf der A 401 in Richtung Lyon, Dijon, Paris, beim Autobahnkreuz dann auf die A 40 weiter in Richtung Lyon, Dijon, Paris. Nach weiteren 23 km die Abfahrt 11 (Bellegarde Center) nehmen in Richtung Fragny, Seyssel. 6 km weiter am Ortsausgang von Mons rechts ab auf die D 992 und durch Seyssel und Culoz (weitere 23 km), wo man auf der D 904 (Richtung Bourg-en-Bresse) zusätzliche 8,5 km weiterfährt bis Artemare (insgesamt 62 km ab Grenze).\nVon hier geht es weiter auf der D 904 in Richtung Amberieu-en-Bugey. Wir passieren die Ortschaft Virieu-le-Grand, dann den Lac de Virieu (Karstquelle, ordentlicher Zeltplatz), fahren an der nächsten T-Kreuzung nicht links nach Belley, sondern rechts weiter auf der D1504. Etwa 5 km weiter kommen wir zu dem kleinen Dorf Rossillon (rechts der D 1504).\nEtwa 200 m weiter ist nach dem Friedhof ein großer Parkplatz rechts der Straße. Wir stellen unser Auto möglichst weit vom Friedhof entfernt - und damit nahe am Bachausstieg - ab. Mit dem zweiten Fahrzeug geht es wieder zurück nach Rossillon, dort die erste Straße links hinauf (D 103) in Richtung Armix. In Serpentinen steigt die Straße am Hang aufwärts. Nach der zweiten Linkskehre (das Abbiegen von der D 1504 nicht mitgerechnet) und etwa 4 km (ab Dorf) kommen wir zu der Brücke über den Bach. Hier stellen wir das obere Fahrzeug ab.

After bypassing Geneva on the Swiss N 1 after the national border, take the A 401 for about 2.5 km in the direction of Lyon, Dijon, Paris, then at the interchange take the A 40 in the direction of Lyon, Dijon, Paris. After another 23 km, take exit 11 (Bellegarde Center) in the direction of Fragny, Seyssel. 6 km further, at the exit of Mons, turn right on the D 992 and go through Seyssel and Culoz (another 23 km), where you continue on the D 904 (direction Bourg-en-Bresse) for an additional 8.5 km until Artemare (total 62 km from the border).\nFrom here we continue on the D 904 in the direction of Amberieu-en-Bugey. We pass the village of Virieu-le-Grand, then the Lac de Virieu (karst spring, decent campsite), at the next T-junction we do not turn left to Belley, but continue right on the D1504. About 5 km further we come to the small village of Rossillon (on the right of the D1504).\nAbout 200 m further on, after the cemetery, there is a large parking lot on the right of the road. We park our car as far as possible from the cemetery - and thus close to the stream exit.\nWith the second vehicle we go back to Rossillon, there we take the first road on the left up (D 103) in the direction of Armix. In serpentines the road climbs up the slope. After the second leftward haipin bend (not counting the turn from the D 1504) and about 4 km (from the village) we come to the bridge over the stream. Here we park the upper vehicle.

Entweder direkt unterhalb der Brücke in den Bach oder zuerst (vorwiegend an der orograf. rechten Bachseite) in etwa 15 Min. weglos noch 3 Wasserfälle hinauf.

Either directly below the bridge into the stream or first (mainly on the orographic right side of the stream) in about 15 min. pathless up 3 more waterfalls.

The descent is worthwhile only when there is water flow.

Nach der abschließenden Sinterkaskade zuerst im Bachbett in Richtung Straße, später links hinaus und am Wiesenrand entlang zum Auto.

After the final sinter cascade, first in the streambed towards the road, later out to the left and along the edge of the meadow to the car.
