We could renew some anchors. However, some anchors are still borderline or missing (rappels from jams) From the high road bridge onwards, many animal remains in the canyon.

Upper part: You can easily get through under the avalanche snow. Watch out for falling rocks from the side. Access via the rocks orograghically to the right. If you take the access described in the book, you still need anchors to get into the canyon. All anchors in the canyon have been renewed. The water level is manageable without problems if you start early. Lower part: About 4 times the amount of water. We drilled a new anchor on the third rappel so that the lower parts can be climbed even when there is a lot of water. The rock is also slippery.

Water level very sporty. The upper parts are sparsely equipped. We had to jump or go around some of them. The upper parts are also very slippery. Perfect for lying on your mouth. The lowest vertical part is very nice. Less slippery and better equipped. This part is also highly recommended and also works with a little more water.

In the upper part, the water level was almost crazy, as you always have to rappel directly in the water. In the upper part, the anchor is missing on the 3rd rappel. Bypass is orograghically out to the left and down from the tree. Please do not jump, as the 2nd step has a boulder in it that you cannot see when there is a lot of water. In the lower part the rappels are no problem from the water. Everything is outside the water line. Only the pools are sometimes very turbulent as described.

The first 4 rappels, where the canyon is still very open, were all abseiled from the tree. We then had to set 2 new anchors in the narrow part, as the old ones had been destroyed by the floods in June. We also had to drill a new 2nd anchor on the high rappel at the first intermediate belay. The canyon is now set up again. The canyon is perfect for a sunny fall day. But very slippery.

All anchors available. From halfway up the canyon, some of the anchors are very unusually placed. You first have to downclimb the first part of the waterfall until you reach the anchor. Beautiful rappel canyon without long walking passages. Perfect when it gets colder in the fall.

All anchors available. Although other streams in the area have little water, the canyon has a sporty water level. The water is also pooled at some rappels and therefore has a lot of pressure. Good abseiling technique required. Very slippery.

The creek is very slippery, but it should definitely be done if you are in the area. By far the most beautiful and continuous stream in the area. Picture of the water level is attached. The picture was taken at the water intake by the middle bridge.

Due to the high water level, we set some hooks in the upper part. (Steps were not climbable). Very much deadwood in the lower part. Do not pull off rope prematurely. Sometimes you have to abseil several steps at a time.
