Von Sbg.-Süd fährt man über Westautobahn nach Mondsee. Hier der Bundesstraße (Romantikstraße) Richtung St. Gilgen folgen. Nach der Ortschaft Scharfling li. Richtung Unterach abbiegen. Durch den Tunnel und immer entlang von Mondsee (L217) bis zur nächsten Abzweigung. Hier re Richtung Unterach am Attersee abbiegen (B151). Nach ca. 2Km biegt man re Richtung Burgau/Weißenbach am Attersee ab (B152). Den Straßenverlauf neben dem Attersee bis zum ehemaligen Wirtshaus Jägerwirt (ca. 2,5Km) folgen. Parkplatz €5,- Beim Getränkeautomaten holen (= Mineralwasserflasche samt Parkschein 5€). Wenn voll oder geschlossen der Straße folgen und am Ufer einen Parkplatz suchen

approx. 1h From Sbg-Süd take the Westautobahn to Mondsee. Follow the main road (Romantikstraße) in the direction of St. Gilgen. After the village Scharfling turn left towards Unterach. Through the tunnel and always along Mondsee (L217) to the next junction. Here turn right towards Unterach am Attersee (B151). After about 2km turn right towards Burgau/Weißenbach am Attersee (B152). Follow the road next to the Attersee until you reach the Jägerwirt inn (approx. 2.5 km). Parking at the inn or after the Klausbach. (Inn parking €3,- If you consume something there after the tour, the €3,- will be credited).

Vom Parkplatz (480m) neben dem Jägerwirt folgt man der Wanderbeschilderung hinter dem Gasthof, mit der Aufschrift „zur Bruggrabenklamm“ bzw. zur Eisenau (Weg 26). Auf Höhe der Marienstatue kann der Wasserstand beim Ausstieg auf ca. 500m kontrolliert werden. Danach folgt man den Wanderweg orographisch li neben der Schlucht für ca. 20min hinauf bis zur 1. Einstiegsmöglichkeit nach der Eisenbrücke die über den Bach führt (ca. 610m). Für den oberen Einstieg folgt man weiter den Weg über 2 Holzbrücken und vorbei an der Magdalenenquelle (Brunnen). Nach kurzer Zeit trifft man auf eine Wegtafel. Hier den Weg 26 re Richtung Eisenau weiter folgen. Nach dem Holzsteg geht es noch mal kurz hoch bis zu einer kleinen Holzbrücke. Hier befindet sich der obere Einstieg (ca. 670m & ca 40min)

approx. 20-30min From the parking lot (480m) next to the Jägerwirt, follow the hiking signs behind the inn, with the inscription "zur Bruggrabenklamm" or to the Eisenau (path 26). At the level of the statue of the Virgin Mary, the water level can be checked at the exit for about 500m. Then follow the hiking trail orographically to the left next to the canyon for about 20min up to the 1st entry point after the iron bridge that leads over the canyons (approx. 610m). For the upper entry follow the path over 2 wooden bridges and past the Magdalenenquelle (fountain). After a short time you will come to a signpost. Here, continue to follow trail 26 on the right in the direction of Eisenau. After the wooden footbridge, go up again briefly to a small wooden bridge. Here is the upper entry (approx. 670m).

Kurz nach dem oberen Einstieg auf ca. 670m kommt eine kleine Rutsche und eine 10m Abseilstelle im Wasserverlauf (Haken seit Jahren von einem dicken umgefallen Baum verdeckt). Es folgt eine Abkletter-und Gehpassage mit einem kurzen engen Abschnitt. Nach einiger Zeit folgt eine weitere 10m Abseilstelle und darauf eine 15m Abseilstelle im Wasserverlauf. Danach kommen mehrere schöne kleine Gumpen, Auswaschungen und eine Gehpassage, bis zur Eisenbrücke (unterer Einstieg). Der 2. Teil wird oft kommerziell begangen und ist daher gut eingerichtet. Ab der Brücke hat man wieder eine Geh- und Abkletterpassage, bevor man zur ersten größeren Stufe kommt. Hier kann meist über Fixseile abgestiegen werden. Auch bei höherem Wasserstand gibt es oft Möglichkeiten sich außerhalb der Wasserführung abzuseilen, jedoch sollte die Schlucht nicht unterschätzt werden, da vor allem die Engstellen sehr gefährlich werden können. Das Highlight gegen Ende hin, ist ein schöner 20m Wasserfall. Hier hat man die Möglichkeit li im Wasser oder re außerhalb der Wasserführung sich abzuseilen. Den Stand erreicht man am besten über ein Geländerseil (Haken für Seilbahn unten auch vorhanden!). Danach steht man in Mitten hoher Schluchtenwände. Es folgen noch ein paar kleinere Stufen (und ein 3m Sprung) bis zum Ende der Tour auf ca. 500m

approx. 2,5-3h Shortly after the upper entry at about 670m there is a small slide and a 10m abseil in the water course. A longer downclimb and walking passage follows with a short narrow part. After a while there is another 10m abseil and then a 15m abseil in the water course. After that there are several nice small pools, washouts and a walking passage, until the iron bridge (lower entry). The 2nd part is often commercially walked and is therefore well set up. From the bridge you have again a longer walking and downclimb passage, before you come to the first larger step. Here you can mostly descend via fixed ropes. Even at higher water levels there are often opportunities to rappel outside the water flow, but the canyon should not be underestimated, because especially the narrow sections can be very dangerous. The highlight towards the exit is a beautiful 20m waterfall. Here you have the option of rappeling left in the water or right outside the water flow. The stand is best reached via a traverese rope (anchor for ropeway below also available!). Then you stand in the middle of high canyon walls. Here a path with rope protection leads out of the canyons to the left. If you are still motivated, you follow the water course over smaller steps to the end of the tour at about 500m to the actual exit.
