Aus Innsbruck kommend die Autobahn E 45 an der Abfahrt 32 (Kramsach) Richtung Kramsach/Alpbachtal fahren. Über den Inn und am nächsten Kreisverkehr die vierte Ausfahrt Richtung Wörgl/Rattenberg nehmen. Auf der B 171 (Tiroler Straße) 6,5 km fahren, direkt nach der großen St. Leonhard Kirche gibt es links einen kleinen Parkplatz mit Picknicktisch.

Cross the Inn and at the next traffic circle take the fourth exit in the direction of Wörgl/Rattenberg. Follow the B 171 (Tiroler Straße) for 6.5 km, directly after the large St. Leonhard church there is a small parking lot with a picnic table on the left.

Auf der anderen Straßenseite rechts am Hof vorbei und geradeaus den Treckerspuren über die Wiese bis zum Waldrand (Bank) folgen. Hier startet ein steiler Pfad der durch den Wald in 15 Minuten zum Einstieg führt. Hier ist genug Platz für eine Gruppe zum Umziehen.

Der erste Abseiler startet direkt zu Beginn von einem Baum rechts. Es folgen insgesamt sieben Abseilstellen bis 30 Meter Höhe nahezu unmittelbar aufeinander. Je nach Vorraussetzungen wurden Schlingen um Bäume geknotet (ohne Maillon) oder verzinkte Einzelhaken 10 mm mit je einem Ring eingebohrt. Ein wenig Baumverhau stört das Vorankommen nicht. Danach wird im Waldgraben noch ein wenig abgeklettert.

Depending on the conditions, sling ropes were knotted around trees (without a maillon) or galvanized single pitons 10 mm each with a ring drilled into them. A little tree entanglement does not hinder progress. Afterwards there is a little downclimbing in the forest canyon.

Nach dem siebten Abseiler dem Bachlauf noch etwa 100 Meter folgen, nach einer prägnanten links - rechts Kurve nach rechts auf die Wiese aussteigen. Ein paar Meter nach rechts zur Bank und der Treckerspur abwärts Richtung Hof und Auto folgen.
