Auf der Inntalautobahn A 93 Richtung Kiefersfelden/Kufstein. Ausfahrt Kiefersfelden, nach gut 1,2 km an der T-Kreuzung links (Richtung Ortsmitte und Kufstein) und nach 450 m auf der Rosenheimer Straße bei der nächsten Ampel rechts in die Thierseestraße einbiegen. Nun 3,1 Kilometer (ab Ampelkreuzung) fahren - Schmalspurgleise begleiten wechselseitig die Straße - bis rechts hinauf eine Straße abzweigt nach Breitenau. Hier fahren wir rechts hinauf, an den Bauernhäusern links vorbei, die Teerstraße wird zur Piste, links unterhalb liegt die Schopperalm und wir halten an einer Wegegabelung, 2,7 km von der Weggabelung entfernt. An der Wegegabelung sehen wir gelbe Wegweiser ("Rechenau" bzw. Hintere Gießenbachklamm"). Hier stellen wir das Fahrzeug ab.

Exit Kiefersfelden, after a good 1.2 km turn left at the T-junction (direction town center and Kufstein) and after 450 m on Rosenheimer Straße turn right at the next traffic light into Thierseestraße. Now drive 3.1 kilometers (from the traffic lights) - narrow-gauge tracks alternately accompany the road - until a road branches off to the right up to Breitenau. Here we go up to the right, past the farmhouses on the left, the tarred road becomes a dirt road, on the left below is the Schopperalm and we stop at a fork in the road, 2.7 km from the fork in the road. Unterhalb der Geschiebebremse einsteigend kommt man nach ein paar Rutschern bald zu Schlüsselstelle dieses Schluchtabschnittes. Zuerst seilt man zweimal jeweils wenige Meter in quirlende Gumpen ab, um dann beim nächsten Abseiler versuchen zu müssen, unter dem Schwall, flach an den Fels geduckt, durchzuseilen und nicht in die Ecke gedrückt zu werden ("Gscheier Loch").

Hier nach links wenige hundert Meter zum Auto.\nAlternativ ist unterhalb der Schopper Alm eine Fortsetzung der Tour in der Vorderen Giießenbachklamm möglich.

Great tour for exhibitionsts if connected with lower part. Walked through a restaurant in wetsuits :-) Stands all ok, some jumps possible after checking. The crux is not to be afraid thanks to intermediate and is a lot of fun to rappel through.

Unterer Teil wieder einigermaßen tief sodass nach Kontrolle Sprung und Rutsche möglich waren. Rostige Standplätze aber noch ok.
Middle part nice and with some slides, stands ok.
Lower part again reasonably deep so that jumping and slides were possible after checking. Rusty stands but still ok.
