Description from the Daleys Flat Hut. Walk 15min until you get to the 3 Cable bridge to cross the Dart River. Follow the main River until you reach the spot where Margaret goes into the Dart. From there walk up in the forest on the orographically left of Margaret. At the top you can either stay on the same side of the canyon and do a 80m Rappel on the Wall to get down. Or go over the canyon on the boulders, and walk down the landslide on the other side.

Some tricky downclimbs to get to the entry Fall of the canyon, which is actually the only one, but very technical. After this it's an amazing walk in a completely dark corridor. When light comes in again, a waterfall joins from the left. That's almost the end already.

Go back to the bridge, then to the Hut, then to the car.

What a find of a first descent. Really the only canyon entry that I have seen that is as insane as this one, is the 60m drop in Gamchi in Switzerland. Overall it reminds me a lot of that one, the high walls at the entry, the black corridor to go out, it's just missing more rappels.
