Von Nizza auf der N 202 in nördlicher Richtung 21 km entlang dem Fluss Var bis zur Brücke Charles Albert. Hier zuerst noch ein Stück weiter, den Kreisel umfahren und in Gegenrichtung zurück zur Brücke. Über die Brücke, dann rechts und auf der D 17 hinauf nach Gilette und weiter nach Roquesteron (21,5 km ab Gilette). Direkt nach Roquesteron rechts ab auf die D 317 und hinauf nach Cuebris (3,5 km). Hier vor dem Ort oder am Ortsende Parkmöglichkeit.
From Nice on the N 202 in a northerly direction for 21 km along the river Var to the bridge Charles Albert. Here first a little further, go around the traffic circle and in the opposite direction back to the bridge. Over the bridge, then right and on the D 17 up to Gilette and further to Roquesteron (21.5 km from Gilette). Directly after Roquesteron, turn right onto the D 317 and up to Cuebris (3.5 km). Zustieg von der Brücke über kleinen Abseiler. Nach engen Passagen zu Beginn folgt der hohe Wasserfall, den man alternativ auch trocken seilen kann (links).
Man kann auch noch ca. 500 m (Strecke) weiter hinabsteigen und trifft dort auf Rutschen und kleinere Abseiler. Der Ausstieg erfolgt dann auf Höhe 340 m ü.NN beim Zusammenfluss mit dem Bach Rieu. Von hier läuft man ca. 1200 m auf einer Piste bis Roquesteron.
Access from the bridge via small rappel. After narrow passages at the beginning follows the high waterfall, which you can alternatively rappel dry (left).\nYou can also descend about 500 m (stretch) further and meet slides and smaller rappel. The exit is at 340 m above sea level at the confluence with the Rieu stream. From here you walk about 1200 m on a slope to Roquesteron.

Fait avec Clapoure en 3h50 à 6 (PFE pour Clapoure mais les vasques sont limpides). L'eau se perd au niveau du pont de départ du gros riou mais revient avec un meilleur débit 100 mètres plus loin (quasi DC). La marche de jonction entre Clapoure et Gros Riou se fait bien , c'est assez "roulant".Pas vu de barbelé à la sortie de la rivière, on est revenu au pont à Roquestéron sans problème. Bien chercher le sentier rive droite, plutot encombré au début, pour sortir du lit de la rivère.

Avec l'option navette, on tombe sur une barrière avec barbelés plutôt bien construite très tôt sur la piste de retour. Tant que la situation n'aura pas été éclaircie, il sera judicieux de remonter la crête en rive droite et faire sans navette même avec les clients.

La barrière est fermée bien avant le captage ce qui rajoute 20 mn de marche à l’aller et au retour… on s’en serait bien passé avec cette chaleur… sinon le canyon est toujours aussi beau : sauvage/ seul au monde… à faire et à refaire !!!

Complément sec jusqu'au grand rappel, puis petit débit correct suffisant pour que cela soit sympa, et une eau limpide jusqu'à la fin. La remontée RD sans navette est correctement marquée de points rouges, et permet de rejoindre la route du Cuébris en moins de 10min. Ça monte raide, mais c'est efficace.Canyon rééquipé sur deux points, avec souvent un relai broché RD et RG, merci !

Fait à la suite de clapour. L'enchaînement des 2 est vraiment à faire. Sans navette, 45 min pour aller au départ de clapour (ça grimpe...) puis on est sortie a la fin des vasques suspendu, rive droite, car après il n'y a plus rien d'intéressant (ça grimpe encore grave) pour rejoindre la voiture en suivant les points/flèches rouge en 30 min. Le niveau d'eau et bas mais le débit encore correcte. Ces deux canyon sont vraiment très sympa. Conditions idéal, a faire rapidement

Parcouru depuis le pont de Cuébris jusqu'à Roquesteron, de l'eau en quantité suffisante pour sauter et se faire plaisir dans les vasques. L'eau est fraiche et nécessite tout de même une combinaison manches longues, présence d'algues mais pas de mauvaises odeurs. Très joli canyon dans la seconde partie également où les vasques s'enchainent !

Le niveau d'eau baisse toujours, on est entre petit filet d'eau et débit correct, mais il y a bien assez d'eau pour s'amuser. La dernière fois on a croisé le propriétaire de la maison situé à la sortie du canyon sur la droite, pas contant de nous voir sur le chemin... pour la pérennité de notre activité merci de contourner la maison en passant dans la rivière, ce qu'on a fait cette fois-ci.
