At this time of year practically no sun in the canyon; therefore a lot of ice or stones covered with an ice film,...so the bit slippery is already the lesser evil. Because of the constant "danger of slipping" it was exhausting, but once again it was fun

Everything ok. Nice water level. Some older anchors and slings could be replaced in the near future. A few slightly higher places to downclimb. But easily doable. Sometimes so narrow that you have to take your rucksack off. Insane canyon under the north face of the Eiger.

Shortened the access with the gondola (from the mountain station 65min to the entry) The upper part is nice, the lower part is definitely much better, watery, more beautiful,... Anchors ok so far (on the first C40 the possible transfer was loose after 10m - we skipped it)

Went "all the way up" for the first time today, didn't get on at 30: The upper part would be very nice, unfortunately just a lot of wood and moderately equipped; tw thin cords around trees, etc, we have set a piton. The upper part should be doable in 45-50 minutes. The lower part is great as always - if there weren't some wood obstructions it would be a TOP canyon; we could do it in a good 2 hours. Afterwards, of course, the Ackersbach was added Should anyone find a Garmin watch (rather in the lower part or at the exit) -- please contact 0699 17444222 - thanks, my friend has lost it.

This is the first time we have climbed the upper part and certainly not the last. We always added a second bolt to the old single hooks. The intermediate level at c55 could be improved at low water. We had a high water level and it was really worthwhile to walk up the 15 minutes.

Walked the canyon today. There's generally a lot of water in the whole area at the moment. But the Bianco is not a problem at all. On the contrary, when there is a lot of water, the Rio Bianco is just right. The next visitors should take rapid limbs and sling material with them. There are many slings without rapid links and some of them need to be replaced.

Although the access road has a no-driving sign, you can still drive all the way back. This is also recommended because it goes very far in. However, you should have a car with a high wheelbase because the tracks are very deep. The path at the beginning is difficult to see because there are still a lot of trees lying around. The tour itself starts off nicely and develops really beautifully. Especially when the underground spring comes in and cools the water down considerably. Geologically, the tour is also highly recommended. All in all, a beautiful tour that is highly recommended with clear water.

Night tour with local friends. Something completely different but very nice if you know the tour The tour has recently been redrilled by locals. Especially the last part can be done completely in the water course if you want. I liked it and I hope to be able to see it in daylight soon

The beginning is great, but then a lot of stream walking until the interesting part. Also at the end 25 minutes of stream walking and block climbing. The gorge could stand a few more stands, especially at this water level. Unfortunately quite slippery.

There was good water flow from below, ... a good time to go through here We roped through the first and third longer ledges. On the second we used the intermediate belay after about 30m. Stands so far ok, the unused intermediate stands we could only judge visually. A good choice today

Here for the third time. I find the tour ideal on a sunny spring day (or after a lot of rain); access is not such an issue; somehow/where all paths meet again and again > just head upwards ;-) Stands so far all OK; the third stand (about 25M) could be renewed if someone has a drill with him (4 anchors, one wobbles, all connected with old tapes). Today even 2-3 jumps possible

Have attached a rope for a diverter to the 2nd 60. Pro Canyon's standard setup is that there are 2 glued anchors with rope on the right, so you don't necessarily have to rope into the water, although that's not a problem. Everything is still tip top

Currently a lot of water in the canyon; but everything was still manageable. Since there was already a lot of water in the upper part, I assume that the "dam" at the drainage to the reservoir is "open" or damaged.

Unfortunately again much more slippery than on various ascents last year. Stands ok so far; the tree in the narrow section caused problems this time when pulling off; it is recommended to use the anchor on the right at the exit for the last 3 m (then you can theoretically climb up again and release the rope from the tree).

Lots of water at the moment and very cold. The canyon itself is very beautiful. Bolts could be better, but still ok. It is recommended to climb up to Lumiei on the right before the final ortographic section. All jumps are doable.

For the approach you can roughly follow OSM, whereby the climbing tracks have currently been optimized and lead directly to the junction of the 424. Due to the heavy rainfall in October, we found a super clean gorge; there was also plenty of water. For me, there is absolutely no reason to get off trail 424 and hike down. This is followed by 4 well-equipped, nice abseils. The stands have survived the flood well. Our times are comfortable for 2 people. Approach 50min ; Canyon all the way down 1h50min

Made the most of the midday and NM sunshine and whizzed through the Pissanda. Thanks to the heavy October rain, it's practically not slippery at the moment. There is now a large tree in the middle of the gorge at the narrow section which could possibly cause problems when pulling off the rope; otherwise everything is OK

With the bike to the exit Ackersbach cycled (comfortable about 25min) Then back to Forststr and the normally described approach chosen. We are like last year before the 30m cascade entered. Great tour; all stands ok, Verklausung keeps within limits, towards the ends increasingly slippery. Then the Ackersbach attached. Recommended combination. Approach from the end of Ackersbach to entry before the 30er cascade about 40min Gerbach then about 2h10min

The Grabenbach presented itself today in very nice condition; although rather little water, this for it clear and the pools well flushed that you can jump almost everywhere (where you want). Almost not at all slippery it made a lot of fun (only towards the end it would be more and more slippery). Actually we wanted to get in at the Doppler, but we got lost on the approach and then we were already up at the small inconspicuous bridge. Especially the upper part was as good as not slippery and made (surprisingly) a lot of fun. Well set up , partly with fixed ropes.

Although in the rest of Friuli due to 2-3 rainy days before but rather much water was,...we found here rather low water. Gespühlt was still good, so little to no garbage and also grippy in the upper part. Surprising was then the Vinadia,...I've never seen with soooo little water; "almost dry"; and just unfortunately also very slippery. Stands were so far all OK, although I think in the Vinadia you could still add 2-3, especially if slippery and little gibts there a few unpleasant Abkletterstellen

A tour when it is very hot or you already know the other gorges here. The stands are so far still OK but often badly attached or old. We had 2-3 pull-off problems. Take a headlamp and look at the old galleries (the first at the beginning on the left side is very short and can be read out - the 2nd on the right side is recommended.

Always absolutely worth driving up here to do the "whole" Pontirone Canyon. Surprisingly not slippery at all. Almost everything jumpable, once looked for a natural anchor because the approach to the tree rappel on the right looks a bit daring. Of course, the lower part is still attached. So we were in 5 team in 3h30min back to the car.

At the parking lot above is (as of early June 2023) just a major construction site. Parking NOT possible but in the bends afterwards you should find space. All stands OK; the beautiful place at the beginning of the lower part where you abseil into a wet slippery dome (90° bend of the stream) is equipped with an additional stand 3 m further down. Thus, one saves the difficult to reach (slippery; far above) stand in the dome and can immediately abseil to the next (in the narrows) > no pulling problem Rest as always very nice !

First into the cave; one belay newly drilled, the rest mostly over trees or simple belays. The belaystation for the last 60m rappel was a good chain anchor far to the left (we built ourselves a rope traverse).
