Von Nizza auf der N 202 durchs Var-Tal nach Norden, dann nach Westen und zuletzt bei Entrevaux wieder nach Norden bis zur Gorge de Daluis (über die D 2202 Richtung Guillaumes). Nach dem Ort Daluis steigt die Straße stark an, um die Schlucht Gorge de Daluis in 100 bis 200 m Höhe über dem Var wildromantisch zu durchqueren. Wo die Straße am Anfang (oberes Ende der Schlucht) der Daluis-Schlucht an das orograf. linke Ufer des Var wechselt (Pont des Roberts), biegen wir scharf rechts ab und fahren auf der stillgelegten Eisenbahnstrecke fast 2 km bis zu dem rechts unten liegenden Campingplatz.\nHier an der Brücke über den Tireboef stellen wir das zweite Fahrzeug ab. Mit dem anderen fahren wir wieder zurück zur Straßenbrücke (oder laufen ggf.) und stellen es dort - jenseits der N 2202 großer Parkplatz - ab.

From Nice on the N 202 through the Var valley to the north, then to the west and finally at Entrevaux again to the north to the Gorge de Daluis (via the D 2202 direction Guillaumes). After the village of Daluis, the road rises sharply to cross the canyon Gorge de Daluis at 100 to 200 m above the Var wild and romantic. Where the road changes at the beginning (upper exit) of the Daluis canyon to the orographic left bank of the Var (Pont des Roberts), we turn sharply right and drive on the disused railroad line for almost 2 km to the campsite on the right below.\nHere at the bridge over the Tireboef we park the second vehicle. With the other we drive back to the road bridge (or walk if necessary) and park it there - beyond the N 2202 large parking lot.

Am Markierungszeichen "111" beginnt der Weg (740 m ü.NN) in Richtung des Weilers Amen. Es ist auch die Anfangsstrecke des Zustiegs zur Clue d'Amen, was durch ein entsprechendes (Canyon-)Schild verdeutlicht wird.\nIn langgezogenen Serpentinen geht es aufwärts, rechts bietet sich der Blick auf Var und Campingplatz, bis wir zur Steinbrücke über den Tireboeuf gelangen (907 m ü.NN).

At marker "111" the trail (740 m above sea level) begins in the direction of the hamlet of Amen. It is also the initial stretch of the access to the Clue d'Amen, which is made clear by a corresponding (canyon) sign.\nIn long serpentines we go up, on the right there is a view of Var and campsite, until we reach the stone bridge over the Tireboeuf (907 m a.s.l.).

Nur der 18-m-Abseiler kann die Tour rechtfertigen. Wenn man sie jedoch mit anderen Touren in der Nähe (Chaudan, Clue d'Amen, Gorge de Daluis oder Bertheou) verbindet oder am erwähnten Campingplatz übernachtet, hat man keinen Fehler gemacht.

Only the 18 m rappel can justify the tour. However, if you combine it with other tours nearby (Chaudan, Clue d'Amen, Gorge de Daluis or Bertheou) or stay overnight at the mentioned campsite, you have not made a mistake.

Am Ende des Canyons, wo sich der Einschnitt öffnet, am besten links hinaus und auf deutlichen Spuren, zuletzt über eine Wiese, hinunter zur Straße.

At the exit of the canyon where the gulch opens, it is best to go out to the left and follow clear tracks, lastly across a meadow, down to the road.
