Von der A 7 bei der Ausfahrt Nr. 34 (Tarragona - Süd; Airport) ab nach Reus (5 km). Von hier auf der C 14 weiter Richtung Norden nach Alcover (14 km ab Reus). Alcover verlassen wir in nordwestlicher Richtung ('Mont-ral') auf der TV 7041. Noch bevor wir die letzten Häuser von Alcover hinter uns gelassen haben, biegt links eine kleine Straße ab nach 'Ermita del Remei'. Falls wir zwei Fahrzeuge zur Verfügung haben, nehmen wir diese Abzweigung, passieren die erwähnte 'Ermita del Remei' und stellen das untere Fahrzeug auf dem in Terrassen angelegten Parkplatz am Ende der Straße (vor der Schranke links hinunter) bei der großen alten Mühle ab.Mit dem anderen Fahrzeug (oder falls wir nur 1 Fahrzeug haben) fahren wir auf der TV 7041 hinauf nach Mont-ral. Dort nehmen wir die zweite Teerstraße, die von der TV 7041 links abzweigt (Wegweiser 'la Febró') und kommen uns links haltend zu einem Restaurant und dem dahinter liegenden (wohl ehemaligen) Fußballplatz. An dessen Westende parken wir unser (ggf. zweites) Fahrzeug. Man kann auch das einzige Fahrzeug unten bei der großen Mühle abstellen, läuft dann aber zweimal die Strecke zum Ausstieg und zurück (jeweils 30 Min.).Der Anmarsch von oben dauert max. 10 Min. und beim Ausstieg kann man sofort wieder den Pfad nach oben nehmen (allerdings dann mit nassen Klamotten- empfehle ich aber trotzdem).

From the A 7, take exit no. 34 (Tarragona - South; Airport) to Reus (5 km). From here continue north on the C 14 to Alcover (14 km from Reus). We leave Alcover in a north-westerly direction ('Mont-ral') on the TV 7041. Before we have left the last houses of Alcover behind us, a small road turns off to the left to 'Ermita del Remei'. If you have two vehicles available, take this turn-off, pass the aforementioned 'Ermita del Remei' and park the lower vehicle in the terraced parking lot at the exit of the road (before the barrier on the left) near the large old mill; with the other vehicle (or if you only have 1 vehicle), take the TV 7041 up to Mont-ral. There we take the second tarred road that branches off to the left from the TV 7041 (signpost 'la Febró') and, keeping to the left, come to a restaurant and the (probably former) soccer pitch behind it. We park our (possibly second) vehicle at the western end of the field. You can also park the only vehicle at the bottom by the large mill, but then walk the route to the exit and back twice (30 minutes each time), the approach from the top takes a maximum of 10 minutes and at the exit you can immediately take the path back up (but then with wet clothes - I still recommend it).

Von der Westecke des großen Platzes in Richtung SSW in den lichten Wald hinein trifft man schnell auf einen breiten Weg, dem wir nach rechts in südwestlicher Richtung folgen. Wo der Weg nach etwa 300 m einen Bogen nach rechts macht, folgen wir dem hier links abzweigenden Pfad. Bei einer Verzweigung führt ein Ast links steil bergab (der Fußweg neben dem Glorieta). Wir nehmen weder diesen, noch den geradeaus führenden Pfad, sondern den rechts abgehenden, der uns nach wenigen Metern zu einer blanken Felsplatte führt, wo der Einstieg über den linken Quellarm des Glorieta erfolgt. From the western corner of the large square, heading SSW into the sparse forest, you quickly come to a wide path, which you follow to the right in a south-westerly direction. Where the path bends to the right after about 300 m, we follow the path that branches off to the left here. At a fork, a branch on the left leads steeply downhill (the footpath next to the Glorieta). We take neither this path nor the one straight ahead, but the one to the right, which after a few meters leads us to a bare rock slab, where the entry is via the left branch of the Glorieta. Nach der großen Gumpe, in die man von der dem Abseiler in der Rinne (R8/S6) links gegenüberliegenden Felswand einen hohen (ca. 13 m) Lustsprung machen kann, links hinaus auf den Pfad und dann entweder hinauf (nur ein Fahrzeug und das oben geparkt) oder hinunter zur großen Mühle.
