Von der Autobahn A 13 in Richtung Chur auf der Höhe von Sargans auf die A 3 in Richtung Zürich abbiegen. Vorbei am Walenseefahren wir bis zum südöstlichen Ausläufer des Zürichsees und erreichen 51,7 km nach Sargans die Ausfahrt Lachen (Nr. 41). Hier von der A 3 ab und in zuerst Richtung OSO nach Siebnen und von dort in südlicher Richtung über den den Sattelegg-Pass (1190 m ü.NN) an den Sihlsee. Am Ostufer südwärts bis Euthal. Hier ab in (östlicher) Richtung Lattbach ins Obereuthal. Bei der "Besenbeiz" Auto abstellen.
From the A 13 freeway in the direction of Chur, at the height of Sargans, turn onto the A 3 in the direction of Zurich. Drive past Lake Walen to the southeastern foothills of Lake Zurich and 51.7 km after Sargans you will reach the Lachen exit (No. 41). Beyond, the path leads uphill on the orographic left slope of the Chrummfluebach, which crosses the Chilentobel here. Im ersten Abschnitt ziemlich offene Schlucht; nach Eintritt in den attraktiven engen Abschnitt kann praktisch immer gesprungen bzw. gerutscht werden. Es ist jedoch z.T. unumgänglich, dass der Erste sich abseilt und feststellt, wohin gesprungen werden muss (!). Auch für Anfänger geeignet.

Aktuell sehr rutschig und weiterhin viel Holz in der Schlucht. Sprünge und rutschen müssten aber dennoch machbar sein. Uns war es dafür jedoch zu kalt :)
Currently very slippery and still a lot of wood in the canyon. However, jumps and slides should still be doable. However, it was too cold for us :)

Das Petzl Club, 10mm Seil hing noch immer in der Schlucht. Habe es aufgenommen und am Standplatz aufgehängt, ein Seil wird über diese Stufen nicht benötigt. Ansonsten gute Bedingungen mit leider wieder etwas mehr Holz im unteren Abschnitt.

Etwa in der Hälfte vom eingeschnittenen Teil ist ein Baum ziemlich frisch hineingestürzt. Ab dieser Stelle hat es entsprechend mehr Holz in den Pools. Eine Stufe zuvor ist ein neues oranges Seil fix eingebaut.

There is one place on the left side of the canyon with 2 to 3 glue-in anchors (they look like this: https://www.climbingtechnology.com/en/professional-en/metal_anchors/fixed/glue-in_anchor_hcr), which are connected with rusty and half-broken wires. These cut my finger. I hope someone can retrieve these old wires in the future.
Another bolt is in better condition on the right side, so try to avoid the glue-in anchors on the left side with broken wires. I didn't take any photos of it.
(right and left follow the downstream direction)
It is a lovely, well-curved canyon, short, and with less pressure on time.
