Von der A10 in Gmünd ins Maltatal abfahren und bis zur Mautstelle im Talgrund fahren --> Parkmöglichkeiten vor den Gasthof. bei den Wasserspielen (li. Seite).

Exit the A10 in Gmünd into the Maltatal and drive to the toll booth at the bottom of the valley --> Parking in front of the inn. at the water features (left side).

Vom Parkplatz am Gasthof. vorbei --> an der nächsten kl. Hütte vorbei durch den Wald hoch bis zur Straße --> weiter bis zur markierten Tafel --> hier zweigt (re.) nach 50m ein Weg (Schranken) ab --> Weg bis zum Bach folgen.

From the parking lot past the inn --> past the next small hut through the forest up to the road --> continue to the marked sign --> here a path (barrier) branches off (right) after 50m --> follow the path to the stream.

Sehr kurze aber lohnende Tour, Sprungmöglichkeiten bis 17m. Alle Passagen sind vom Wanderweg einsehbar. Klagfreudige Grundeigentümer/Jagdpächter Anfangs kann man nach einer kl. Kletterpassage (re.) auf den ersten Wasserfall hochsteigen --> rutschen od. springen möglich --> nach kurzer Gehstrecke und kl. Tobogans komm man zur einer Stelle, die man sich vorher unbedingt ansehen sollte (Wasch- Maschine) --> auf der re. Seite ist ein Seilgeländer angebracht, von dem man die Stelle gut einsehen kann --> hier sollte die erste Person über Wildwasserschwimmkenntnisse verfügen, um evt. eine Seilfähre aufbauen zu können --> kommt man in den kreisförmigen Rücklauf, braucht man Kraft, um wieder heraus schwimmen zu können--> die nächste Stelle bringt keine große Gefahr --> man wird jedoch kurz unter Wasser gespült (Rutsche mit Unterspülung) --> kurzer Gehstrecke.

Very short but rewarding tour, possible jumps up to 17m. All passages are visible from the hiking trail. Clear landowners/hunting tenants At the beginning you can climb up to the first waterfall after a small climbing passage (right) --> slide or jump possible --> after a short walking passages and small tobogans you come to a place that you should definitely look at beforehand (washing machine) --> on the right side there is a rope traverse from which you can see the place well --> here the first person should have white water swimming skills in order to be able to set up a rope ferry if necessary --> the first person should have white water swimming skills. If you get into the circular return flow, you need strength to be able to swim out again --> the next point is not very dangerous --> however, you are briefly flushed under water (slide with underwash) --> short walking passages.

Nach der Gehstrecke geht es li. über den Waldweg zur Straße und durch den Wald wieder zum Gasthof und Parkplatz zurück --> oder man folgt dem Wasserverlauf bis man li. auf eine Abseilstelle trifft (R15li) und anschließend noch ein Sprung (Achtung!) in großen Gumpen --> der Rückweg führt über den Waldweg li. zum Parkplatz.

After the walking section, head left along the forest path to the road and through the forest back to the inn and parking lot --> or follow the course of the water until you reach an abseiling point on the left (R15li) and then another jump (be careful!) into large pools --> the way back leads along the forest path on the left to the parking lot.
