Mit dem Auto von Bregenz Richtung Langen fahren. Ca. 5km von Bregenz entfernt fährt man durch eine Lawinengalerie und parkt kurz nach dem überqueren des Rickenbaches auf der linken Seite. Am Einstieg befindet sich auch gleich eine Bushaltestelle. Vom Bregenzer Bahnhof geht unter der Woche stündlich, Feiertags alle 2 Stunden ein Bus bis zur Haltestelle Wirtatobel.

Drive by car from Bregenz in the direction of Langen. About 5km from Bregenz you drive through an avalanche gallery and park shortly after crossing the Rickenbach on the left side. There is also a bus stop at the entry. From the Bregenz train station there is a bus every hour during the week and every 2 hours on public holidays to the Wirtatobel bus stop.

Gleich zu Beginn gibt es einen Abseiler über 2 Kaskaden (ca.25m) danach gehts unspektakulär bis zum 40m Abseiler. Hier zuerst an einem Baum orographisch links ca. 5m abseilen um dann vom Klemmblock die 40m abzuseilen. Danach kommt man noch zu einer ca. 20m hohen Abseilstelle die durch eine Sanduhr abgesichert ist. Das Tal wird immer weiter, die Autowrackteile im Bach mehren sich. Hier auf der orographisch rechten Seite zur Strasse aussteigen.

Right at the beginning there is a rappel over 2 cascades (ca.25m) then it goes unspectacular to the 40m rappel. Here first rappel at a tree orographically left about 5m to then rappel from the clamping block the 40m. After that you come to a 20m high abseil point which is secured by an hourglass. The valley becomes wider and wider, the car wreckage in the stream increases. Get off here on the orographic right side to the road.
