Despite the changes to the 45, still a beautiful and entertaining canyon. All the jumps work, the pools are very deep this year.

The access road is free, if you don't have enough ground clearance for the shuttle car then park one bend further up before leaving the asphalt road at the exit. The stands are ok and very exposed in the middle - last vertical part of the canyon. It is advisable to build a rope traverse for each of two places and to have set up the previous stand. After the last rappel, you can decide to run out to the left to the road or also rappel down the wall and continue in the river bed. For the combination with Plavico, it is recommended to go to the road and walk 5-10 minutes to the Palvico start.

A beautiful canyon with some fun rappels! In some places it makes sense to build a rope traverse to reach the exposed stands. A few downclimbs in the middle section are not without their difficulties when it's slippery, but all in all a great tour! Can be perfectly combined with Palvico with a short walk.

This time we were in the canyon in the afternoon after doing Rio Val and the different position of the sun made the canyon shine in a new light again!!! If you combine them then get out onto the road at Val instead of following the streambed for a long time. Palvico is a good contrast to Val and you can use the cooling down after the verticality and the exposed stands.

The beginning is really very boring, next time we would also take the previously described parking lot in the last hairpin bend. Otherwise a very nice canyon with some great rappels. At abseil point 21, do not take the damaged anchor on the right-hand side, there is a new chain anchor just outside on the left-hand side. Abseil point 20 is very narrow and leads directly through the water (see picture), certainly uncomfortable if there is a lot of water, but it can also be done dry. If there is more water, think about a toprope here! In the lower part, shortly after a signposted exit, there is an abseil point that supposedly leads through a blockage. The rope will definitely get caught here when you pull it off! However, somewhat hidden, as it is black, there is a fixed rope on the left after a few meters, which allows you to rappel very nicely in the dry.

Nice short tour (1h15min instead of 2h15min). Anchors and rope traverses in good condition. A lot of drilling has been done here but the canyon is also used a lot commercially. The caves are extremely beautiful and at the current water level the 45m waterfall is also easy in the stream.

The superiore is very impressive with high rock faces and very narrow cuts. Anchors are in good condition. We were traveling with 2 cars and drove up. Condition of the upper parking lot poorly marked. We ended up in the stream well before the start but could follow the water to the actual entry without any problems. Wonderful tour and inferiore was of course also included.

If you have done the superiore, it is a good idea to do the lower part as well. Don't be surprised that the numbering of the AIC is at the exit. There are still 2-3 nice abseils in the lower part, but at the exit it stretches a bit until you reach the dam.

The stream was a good alternative after rain and more rain was forecast. The water level was slightly higher than the higher reference pictures from "Eldorado Ticino" IMPORTANT the last 30er (penultimate rappel) has no more anchors. We then went out. Possibly the tree is also ortographic. Right. The left tree is unsuitable.

Nice and short alternative if there is otherwise too much water in the other canyons. At each of the bridges there is a chain link attached to the railing with ropes, which can easily be overlooked due to the very open canyon. Apart from the penultimate rappel with mini pool, the canyon can also be walked dry.

Nice short canyon. Anchors were in good condition. Water level was higher than known from the Swiss Canyon Vol.1 due to the melting snow. Leave the ropes shorter on the first C17. On the C55, if you rappel it in one piece, you should cross the water jet in time in the lower third, otherwise you will end up in the chute and behind the waterfall, where it was possible to stand during our ascent. We saved ourselves the last C15, C3 & C15 and bypassed this section. The 20m fixed ropes on the tree were in good condition.

Due to the high water level in other canyons, we opted for the Schrähbach. Beautiful canyon with a superiore view of the Wägitalersee. Some possible slides had to be downclimbed due to tree trunks in the pools. A fixed anchor could also be placed at the C6 point with the natural anchor.

One of the most beautiful canyons I have ever hiked. As described, a very long canyon with long swimming passages. The anchors were fine and there is a lot of climbing and jumping in Wadi Tiwi. I would not recommend the fixed ropes for the rappel in the cave and use your own. This year we had a lot of vegetation that reached just below the water surface, so it is recommended that one person plows the path "free". The cave with the hot springs is the absolute highlight of the tour and you should take a break here and enjoy the place. Simply a dream. Tip: In a group, 2 ropes are actually enough, the others should bring water and food as well as headlamps in case you have to stay longer in the canyon unplanned. Take a wetsuit that is warm enough or has several layers, as it can get quite cold over time during the long phases in the water.

Had drilled the canyon on 24.09. After a lot of rain the days before we had already set up the Hüttenwistobel because the surrounding canyons had too much water. Cugnasco Integrale: ropes at the approach are no longer present or loose. The hooks are in good condition and especially in the Superiore some are accessible at medium to slightly high water level (3.5 stones see reference picture "Eldorado Ticino") but only by rope railing.

Did the canyon as part of a commercial tour during a vacation in Tenerife. One of the few canyons with water. Jumps and the famous slide were possible. Very beautiful canyon, which has a special character with volcanic rock and cacti as well as the bamboo/slash. The way back is a bit special because, as described in the description, no boat trip was possible due to the breeding season. The walk usually takes around 2 hours, but we were back at the top after 1 hour. It has to be said that you have to climb a lot here and there are several places where there are larger drops without protection and you are also very exposed to the wind. Because of the route, I personally wouldn't do the tour again.
